Question by patteharris: What are the effects of west nile virus spraying to my vegetable garden?
I live in northern Sacramento County and it is sprayed nightly for west nile virus. I have a substantial vegetable garden, and I wonder about any side effects the spraying does has on my garden. I hose it down every morning.

I don't want to alarm you, but please contact your County Extension Agent/Service and ask this important question concerning vegetables. The service is free and paid for by your taxes, so don't be shy about calling them.
